Kathy currently lives in Mahomet and has lived in the C-U area all of her life.  She worked for her husband Sam for 30 plus years at Sportland Motorsports in Urbana.  They both retired from there when Sam sold his business in early 2022.   They sold their home after 20 years in town and moved to the country.

Kathy is excited to help her clients buy or sell their property.  She can help with vision on a fixer upper or if you want something move in ready.  She can relate to many aspects of home buying and selling having gone through many stages herself.

In her free time Kathy enjoys spending time with Sam and their family as well as her hobbies of pickleball, crochet and reading.
